License TypesWe offer customers two different licensing models: single developer licenses and unlimited site licenses. Their commonalities and differences are listed in the following matrix: | | Single Developer License | Unlimited Site License | | Licensee: | A single person in your organization who is writing or maintaining code that makes use of #recognize! functionality. This license type is not bound to a machine, so the licensee is allowed to use #recognize! on multiple machines and on multiple locations. Developers which are only compiling the codebase and automated build machines do not need to be licensed. | A company site and all employees working at that site. This license type does not cover developers who do not work at the site. | | Recommended for: | Single developers or small teams of developers | Enterprises and companies with a large number of developers dealing with code that is related with the #recognize! functionality. | | Deployment: | The licenses are royalty-free, so there is no fee whatsoever for your applications using the #recognize! library, no matter how many copies of your application are distributed. | | Expiration: | The right to use the library for your application under the terms and conditions of the license agreement never expires. | | Updates: | Licensed customers are eligible to download product updates free of charge for one year, beginning at the time of purchase. After that, you can purchase a renewal license for another year of free updates and support. | | Technical support: | Licensed customers are eligible for technical support via email free of charge for one year, beginning at the time of purchase. After that, you can purchase a renewal license for another year of free email support and updates. | | Pricing: | Discount pricing model, depending on the number of licensed developers.
