This customer area provides numerous benefits: - You can obtain license files of all #recognize! updates within one year effective from the day of purchase. After this period, you can choose to renew this eligibility for another year. If you do not renew, you will still be able to unlock all versions up to the expiration date.
- You have access to our technical email support within one year effective from the day of purchase. In the case of questions, we will try to help you by providing sample code or a hint into the documentation. If you have encountered a bug or the need for an improvement, we will track this issue in our database and keep you informed about the state of the issue. Again, you are able to renew this entitlement after expiration at a discount price.
- We will discuss the future of the #recognize! library with you. Every now and then, we conduct a survey which proposes possible features and improvements, partly suggestions that come from our customers, partly ideas from ourselves. We then review the results in a way that the product keeps taylored to our customers' needs.
